Recently acquired by US-based Global Payments for $305M, Brisbane-based Ezidebit is a huge local success story. To ensure they could continue reach lofty online acquisition targets they knew they needed a vastly improved user experience (UX) and website management system that reflected their leadership position in the industry.
The first UX challenge we faced was the broad range of customers Ezidebit catered for – both from different industries and different product requirements. Essentially each target market needed a unique website experience and this was how we approached the website.
Using a combination of Internationalisation, product-based site switching and industry-specific landing pages we helped create a modular-based CMS that allows Ezidebit to easily tailor content specifically to different verticals.
The result is a website that can grow rapidly with Ezidebit as it continues to grow rapidly as a business.
